You can contact us by phone at the number indicated on the voucher. Our staff will provide you all the necessary information to get to the exact meeting point of the tour.

Can I cancel my reservation and receive a refund?

You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. simply send the request to the e-mail address indicated on the voucher.
reservation cancelled after 48 hours from the start of the activity will not be refunded.

If the driver does not show up at the meeting point at the time indicated on the voucher, what should I do?

Precision and punctuality distinguish our staff, so this situation could occur only in extreme cases.
In the rare event that the driver is late, we will contact the participants to notify them of the delay. The tour will always last five hours from the actual departure time.
If the delay lasts more than 30 minutes from the start of the tour (indicated in the voucher) the activity will be cancelled and the participants will be fully refunded.

For organizational reasons, the tour will take place exclusively in the route, times and activities presented on this web page. The journey by car will cover the following itinerary:
