I purchased a tour, but I did not receive a confirmation email; what can I do?

If you have registered on our website, access your reserved area, and check your purchase history. You should be able to see the service you just purchased with the corresponding voucher. If not, or if you purchased without registering, please contact our customer service department.

Can I cancel my booking and receive a full refund?

It is possible to cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your tour date. Just send us an email from the email address listed on your registration voucher.
No refunds will be issued for bookings canceled after 48 hours before your tour date.
