Departure

A motorboat fully available to you will be waiting for you at one of the departure points selected at the time of booking. Upon arrival, the skipper will welcome you inside the boat and will then take you to the Grand Canal.

The best way to discover Venice is by boat. Your motorboat will glide along the Grand Canal, giving you the opportunity to admire the palaces overlooking the canal and to take beautiful pictures. The warm light of the sunset will create the perfect atmosphere for an aperitif, as a couple or as a group. Prosecco will be served accompanied by savory snacks, allowing you to enjoy this experience to the maximum.

End of the tour and possibility to visit the Fondaco dei Tedeschi

The tour along the Grand Canal will last one hour. After that, you will reach the Rialto area, where you will be able to independently visit numerous attractions such as the historic fish and fruit and vegetable market, the Rialto Bridge, and the Fondaco dei Tedeschi.

Can I cancel my booking and receive a full refund?

It is possible to cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the tour start date. Just send us an email to the email address listed on your registration voucher.
No refunds will be issued for bookings canceled after 48 hours before the date of your tour.

If the skipper does not show up at the departure point at the time specified on the voucher, what should I do?

Reliability and timeliness are the feather in the cap of all our staff, so this situation may only occur due to serious causes of force majeure.
In the rare event that the skipper is late, it will be our responsibility to contact the participants to notify them of the delay, before the tour start time. The tour will always last the time specified on this web page calculated from the actual departure time.
If the delay lasts for more than 30 minutes from the tour start time (as specified on the voucher), the tour will be canceled, and participants will be fully refunded.

May the tour be canceled due to adverse weather conditions?

Yes. In case of adverse weather conditions (heavy fog, high water, etc.) the tour may be canceled, and participants will be notified in advance and fully refunded.
