Departureand luggage pick up

Our staff will be waiting for you at the gondola station near Ponte degli Scalzi (Venice Santa Lucia railway station area).
Once you arrive, we will take charge of your luggage to transfer it to the hotel you specified at the time of booking. Within a few hours the luggage will be at your hotel.
In the meantime, you can enjoy a relaxing shared gondola ride.

Activities

Discover Venice on board the city’s most famous and elegant boat: the gondola. The tour will take place along the Grand Canal and will give you the chance to admire the architectural beauty of palaces and bridges, from a truly unique point of view.
The gondola will glide gently over the waters allowing you to admire the most picturesque corners of the city and take pictures without haste.

Arrival

At the end of the tour, the gondola will take you back to the departure point.
In a few hours, your luggage will be delivered to the hotel where you are staying.

IMPORTANT NOTES

It is necessary to specify the name of the luggage destination hotel when booking.
The base price of this tour is inclusive of 1 (one) participant plus 1 (one) suitcase. In case a participant needs to transfer more than one suitcase, a surcharge of €12.50 per additional suitcase will be charged.
It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the departure time at the departure point specified in the voucher
It is necessary to show the voucher received via email to the staff just before departing
There is no transfer service of participants to the hotel
The “gondoliere” is not a guide
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
The tour is not accessible by wheelchair
The tour is not recommended for people with motor disabilities
Pets are not allowed
A gondola can host up to a maximum of 4 (four) passengers

I am having trouble reaching the tour departure point. What should I do?

Contact us by phone at the number listed on the voucher. Our operators will promptly provide you the instructions you need to reach the tour departure point.

Can I cancel my booking and receive a full refund?

It is possible to cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the date of your tour. Simply send your request to the e-mail address shown on your voucher.
No refunds will be issued for bookings canceled after 48 hours before the tour start date.

If the gondola does not show up at the departure point at the time specified on the voucher, what should I do?

Reliability and timeliness are the feather in the cap of all our staff, so this situation may only occur due to serious causes of force majeure.
In the rare event that the gondola is late, we will contact the participants to notify them of the delay. The tour will always last half an hour, starting from the time of actual departure.

May the tour be canceled due to adverse weather conditions?

Yes. In case of adverse weather conditions (heavy fog, high water, etc.) the tour may be canceled and participants will be notified in advance and fully refunded.

May I ask the staff to take me to my hotel or to do alternative stops?

No. The gondola will stop exclusively near the Santa Lucia railway station

How soon will the luggage arrive at the hotel?

Your luggage will arrive at the hotel within a few hours from the time it is delivered to our staff. You will receive an email notifying you of successful delivery.
